I had a chat with the SP afterwards and had to consoled a bit, which I really appreciated. SP's have probably seen the more colorful side of life and quite wise to ways of man.
The chat did in fact changed how i viewed punting, in a positive way. I simply gave up on forcing myself trying to cum twice and stopped beating myself about it.
An SP I saw for a while, who was in many other regards one of the most deranged people I've ever met, gave me some similarly perspective-shifting conversations.
First was how non-judgemental and matter-of-fact she was when I couldn't get it up on one occasion. She was completely unfazed, made a brief comment along the lines of "You have no idea how common this is, don't worry about it", and we just cracked on with other enjoyable activities.
The second time was the genuine puzzled dismay she displayed when I apologised for my performance and tried to assure her it was nothing personal. "Performance? What are you, a bloody circus acrobat?" was her (paraphrased) reply. I found it difficult to believe that it was "OK" to simply be there and share some intimacy.
Probably that says more about the kind of critical and demanding women I had previously had relations with in Civvy Street, but it was the exact reality-check I needed and I thank her for the perspective.
