Arranged by Aw email on preceding day, and then by text on day - comms very were good.
Just before time, was offered a Duo, told a friend had called round and was available, but declined.
Excellent tidy basement flat about 5 minutes walk from Paddington Station. Bedroom well sized and well equipped.
