Because I have found some clients like me to wear perfume, I ask them when they confirm their booking - with regulars I have a good idea who likes or is ok with perfume, and who isn't. Quite a few new clients are surprised I ask, the 'going home smelling of' is not something that concerns them or even occurs to them.

IME women have a much better sense of smell than blokes
Good stuff that you give them a heads up  , hopefully the penny will drop
Heading home with a smell of 'eau de fanny batter' unlikely to work out well
Especially with an inquisitive OH who is in full on investigation mode suspecting that hubby is getting action elsewhere

For punts I tend to avoid going too scent heavy, just because some of my fragrances can be polarising. Not gonna be wearing my Amouage Purpose 50 during a punt, likely to piss the person off  Like Hendrix, I have a large collection of bottles that I have collected over the years, and I tend to match my fragrances for punts to the season as well. So your standard freshies during Spring/Summer, currently anything with ginger is my favourite, so your Ingenious Ginger, Sospiro Vibrato, and L'Immensité. Also, can never go wrong with Creed Aventus Absolu. In the Autumn/Winter its your PDM Layton, Althair, Guerlain Vanilla Planifolia, etc. Some SPs enjoy fragrances as well, so I've gone with a few unique ones for these punts, and I'll find any excuse to wear my Amouage Outlands or Ex Nihlio Blue Talisman Extrait.

I wear fragrances for every occasion, just a bit of fun, and ends up being more expensive than punting

Another ginger frag that Ysl MYSLF L’Absolu I like this flanker in the range. Sometimes I do weird layering combos with different frags and create a different scent profile

Oh it makes such a nice booking when a guy turns up smelling lovely,  tidy jeans, a shirt and brogues with a lovely aftershave is a yes from me
