She's well aware of our happy little club, and I'd guess reads it herself: unprompted by me, one of the first things she asked me, scathingly too, was what my UKP username was.
I'll post a review before long, and it'll be positive, as in fact my visits have, on balance, been (albeit they've not gone smoothly or without difficulties). So, yes, the cycle continues, but my hunch is we'll see a pause and/or a rebrand from her before long. Her current ratio (if I include mine) is 9:2:6 - ie a punter has an evens chance of negative encounter with her. And even the positives are often qualified: the tipping point frequently being price or the refunds she sometimes gives. This is not a healthy, sustainable or realistically recoverable reputation: she'd have to have a string of 15 uninterrupted positive reviews from now, in order for the ratio to look like a still mixed, but acceptable 4:1:1 green to red. Even then, I, and many others tend to give greater weight to negatives.
Anyway: we shall see what transpires. Doubtless it has a way to run yet.
