Popular block of flats by multi story car park in town.
Buzzed in from one room but directed to another. Odd but not surprised. Ground floor literally right inside the front door.

She says she only works a few days a week. Nice to find someone who (by all accounts) does what she does well, with enthusiasm and only when she needs / wants to.
I tend not to revisit providers but might just change that on this occasion if next time there were no other options.
