Yes, it's all so true and it all makes good business sense to look after your best customers.

I have 2 regulars who I know will do their best to fit me in at short notice, or reschedule another meet to see me. One has repeatedly told me that I'm her favourite client, but as said above, it strokes my ego and that's all.
