I'm not clear on what laws were broken.  No mention of coercion etc.  These type of places are all over the country.

The legal term for pimping. Which is a crime.

Brothels (a premises used by two or more people to sell sexual services is also against the law).

Just because these types of places are all over the country, doesn't make them legal.

I’d like to understand how HOD and Olina get away with it. I’m fairly sure that even handling the bookings breaks the law, let alone the 30% they take and extortionate rents being charged.
