Having never met her and only being aware of her a week ago or so. She is very tempting due to her stunning body but her profile/routine is highly unusual. At a glance I’d think she’s a Nymphomaniac and she’s also doing SP for some side hustle while dealing with her addiction. However, looking at the reviews I do think like you that she most likely has some mental health issues. Some reviews have suggested a handler which is even more odd. Feel like certain individuals might be taking advantage of her. Ultimately it’s all speculation but I do think something more sinister is lying beneath this WG. Whether it’s mental health issues, pimps/human trafficking or at best just an odd girl with sex addiction.
For what it might be worth, I really don't think there's a trafficking or coercive/controlling pimp issue here: I've reported similar before and won't hesitate to again, where I feel that might be a likelihood. Nymphomania is also, or seems to me to be, far from the mark, as is Compulsive Sexual Behaviour Disorder... though who the heck can know?
From my personal interactions with her, I'd say she's alert, self-determining and of above-average intelligence, even though her circumstances are, at face-value, far from normal, much less optimal. Granted, the flat is pretty grubby, disordered and not pleasant to be in for its own sake; but I've also seen far worse... and it's not (yet) an entirely condemnable pit. The key thing is, in the (unexpected) exchanges I had with her, she maintained her dignity, and wasn't at all cowed or disassociated.
Her MO is unquestionably bizarre, but falls short (just) of being an outright behavioural disorder by virtue of what it is she's doing. Taking a finger to the back of a mouth, even just a few times, is an unpleasant enough experience that most of us generally choose not to do it to ourselves. This broad makes doing that x2-3 and for 10-20 minutes durations, her USP, in a way which very few other sex-workers, or all but the most giving of our lovers, can match. To be able to do that frequently, and as even a short-term career, is likely to come with some pretty heavily conditional terms - hence her undoubtedly weird insistences on positioning, concealment and the barest minimum of verbal exchanges.
I've had only two experiences similar to TQJ: 1) a second-half-of-life act a few years ago with a former early gf of 30+yrs ago, who, I think, wanted to 'prove' herself, and throated me so hard and deep that it caused me severe in-the-moment pain that took a few hours to recover from; (2) a revisit to a former regular, after several years absence, who went all-in to choke herself, and later said that she'd done so, because she wanted to punish me. Both were extraordinarily occasions to me, such that I'll remember them well into my dotage; yet Throat Queen Jasmine spams out similar, several times daily, week after week, and for £50 a go.
