Likewise I sent a polite enquiry off to a lass on AW. Her profile was just cam/chat services etc.

Yes some content and online services websites, some platforms do not allow discussion of in-person arrangements and often will prohibit exchange of off-site contact details. Haven't ever propositioned a girl through OF but there are a couple who I have met who have both AW and OF accounts and obviously I have been able to meet them because that's what their AW offers, but I've only ever found them through AW first - the same search skills would probably work in the other direction though if they list a "linktree" or similar on ther OF profile.
