As a regular visitor to GFE in Bury I have usually had good and positive experiences. I always book in advance and don’t usually have a problem if the lady is sick and doesn’t turn up that’s understandable and that has happened rarely. But today I turned up to be told Antonia had been double booked and my booking hadn’t been made despite it being confirmed on the phone. I was generously offered an alternative which I declined as I was pissed off. To add to the issue I was told Antonia was booked till 14:00. Very poor and sadly Manchester no longer has much competition to GFE. Antonia has my mobile number and a txt to save me a journey would have been helpful. As a regular I would expect better treatment. This would never have happened at Sandys but hey we live in chaotic times.
Manchester isn't what it was, but there's still:
Temptations - probably better than GFE
Roses - probably better value, especially if you find a good one
La Maison - a bit hit and miss but still worth a browse
Infinity - similar to La Maison
The Lounge 27 Rochdale - ditto
