No luck finding a (not Thai) WSWS massage that looks legit but definitely will.

Welcome to the area. If I’ve got you right you’re looking for a massage provider who isn’t Asian that looks legit but provides extras? This is a fairly small pond you are fishing in with very few fish.
I’m no expert in York but from reading on here there are a few Asian shops that provide extras but I haven’t seen many reviews of none Asian providers in our region that aren’t advertised on AW or VS (more often than not Eastern European). These don’t meet your requirement of “WSWS” as she definitely will.
Looking at your reviews 8/10 Red with 2 Grey. Have you considered altering your strategy? It looks like your banging your head against a brick wall
