I was quite intrigued by the bubble bath option, so wandered in. I was greeted by Cindy mid 30's quite cute 5ft nothing, poor English - but on the circuit, so likely to be gone by the time anyone else ventures in.

Both massage rooms were identical and as per photos. Bath and waterfall shower in both. I went for the £45 bubble bath and massage option for an hour.  Room fairly well lit for a massage room, and lighting was LEDs in the skirting board. The assisted bubble bath was as expected, with close attention paid to certain bits. A very good massage followed. No teasing, so declined offer of extras. Out bang on hour. I will be returning, but given the staff turnover my mileage may vary. Positive rating due to price and massage quality.

Just to be clear... you mention:

Whilst staying within the bounds of discretion and the rules, does this mean HE/HR?

Later you mention:

"No teasing [...]"

Does that mean no teasing specifically during the massage?

I would have thought as far as the girl was concerned close attention paid to certain bits was what she considered to be teasing. Clearly not enough for you to be interested in the extras which is your right.
