Interesting OP.

There was a Thai place called Bespoke at 5 Bredwood Arcade but they moved and opened a new place called Qiora just outside Whitchurch. Bespoke was 100% legit - you can search for my review - and I believe the new place called Qiora is also legit and is still open (at Grindley Brook).

The new place you mention is in the same unit in Bredwood Arcade that was occupied by Bespoke. The website says it is a "grand reopening" but at the same time the advert says it is under new management. I suspect the new owners have nothing to do with Bespoke/Qiora. So it is possible that "extras" may be on offer.

Worth a TOFTT?
