I saw this clip from The Outlaws - a tv show set in Bristol.

In this scene, Stephen Merchant is doing a car meet with a local WG and it strikes me that the actress playing her looks a hell of a lot like Bristol’s most famous wg, Rebecca_GFE

Makes me wonder whether the casting director maybe had a bit of experience with local WGs and cast someone who looks like his favourite 🤣

I seem to remember that when I first joined on here there was some sort of 'competition' going on to win a meeting with Rebecca.  I know that it caused a bit of a stir at the time and IIRC J999 won it which was ironic because he'd had many a run-in with her (that wasn't unique to Bex).

I don't know whether he ever collected the prize - she's certainly long-lived and has aged well.

Lol - good spot as there is a definite resemblance although I agree with Branny that Bex is prettier.

The real difference is how quickly the lady in the clip got down to business - Bex would have still been in chat mode when the cop car went past.
