I put the word split into the AW search and it brought up 9 profiles all of which look like body mod girls however only 7 have split tongues and only 3 of those have escorting ticked.
I am surprised that there aren't more

Having this procedure is not common in the general population and this will be reflected in the even lower number of SPs with it.

I haven't experienced it personally, but in the overall scheme of things in terms of 'good and bad' blow jobs, it is likely to a minor insignificant factor compared to overall technique and skill level and is therefore just novelty value. The same applies to tongue piercings generally.

The procedure is not gender specific and some men have the procedure also. Because it is rare you maybe should search for them also?
