She's much younger than me and I'm a munter so I've been a bit hesitant to book Amy. I did end up trying for 30mins but was told for Sheffield it's 1 hour minimum unless she's already at the flat.

My read between those lines is nobody wants to post a bad one for fear of being identified/blacklisted by the agency.

You saw Emily a few weeks ago in Sheffield, looks like you were probably one of her first customers. Looks like she only sees a couple of clients a week from the hours worked and maybe some of her bookings are in Donny. If you gave her a red and there was any specific detail it would be super easy to identify you.

More than 1 person has been banned form an agency for posting negatives or just being identifiable as a UKP poster. I imagine it puts enough people off to not want to post those negatives or neutrals. Personally I think those are the most important reviews but I will lead a cpl of months and possibly some detail if I'm going red on an agency/parlor I use a lot.

I'm not even saying it will happen, but that some people might believe it does and hold off reviewing - and that is how I see things with hot girls nobody ever reviews.

I think the likelier explanation is that a lot of members don't review for whatever reason. I'm not saying it hasn't happened, but it would be weird for an agency to go to the effort of blacklisting someone who posted a neg especially if the poster is a regular who sees other girls on the rota.
