After earning fuck loads as a player then a pundit how the fuck does he ramp up 700k-800k [allegedly] unpaid tax ?

Wonder if he spat the dummy out when the tax bill came through his letter box ?

Scoucers always cheating.
Carragher is a twat always has been and always will be. Irritating accent even worse that a Brummie and that's saying something And in his playing days a dirty bastard and hugely overrated in my opinion.

Not that these have worked much if at all
Tho as he works in the media [after some time off for you know what] it could be argued that these are tax deductible

He suffers from tunnel vision when it comes to commentary on Liverpool
In contrast Neville often rips Utd to pieces

Way worse than brummie accent
I mentioned recently that on TalkSport Abongalashite has lost some of his accent & the other presenters rip it out of him for being Villa centric & they all have a laugh about it

I'd be more interested in you opinion if you weren't so obviously prejudice against all things Liverpool and LFC.

You seem to know a bit about football but this affliction just clouds your judgement.

I won't miss you on this thread if this is the best you can do.

Impressive result for the Toon

Don't think I've ever heard a transferred player at home get so much stick from the crowd as Tonali, where were the Spurs supporters ?

All the new players looked good  and appeared to fit the game plan while Wissa & Elanga finally looked Prem Quality

Great result for Hull 2 wins from 2 and already worried for our SkyBlue friend

The Spurs stadium has always been fairly quiet, especially since the move from WHL. I've found its the same across most of the London teams. It only tends to get loud once you get past the M25 and to the grounds I've been to in the North, win, lose, or draw, regardless of the performance, fans have always been vocal.

We have spent over £120 million on strengthening the squad yet we look a poorer team than last seasons Championship winning team. Hopefully the new players will settle into the team soon otherwise it's going to be a long hard season .Had something like 68% possesion today but created very few chances  :dash:  still we have a nice easy game away to Manchester City next. I fear the worst  :scare: Going down with the Spurs I reckon
All credit to Hull, they came here and parked the bus then scored from a breakaway. A difficult team to break down.

I have to agree completely with this. I’ve been to every London ground over the vast years of my life. 😂

I know I know. I’m biased. But the full throated roar from a packed ST J Park takes some beating.

I’ve been to  Stamford Bridge games in complete amazement as to why it’s so silent. 🤷🏼

It's been 40 years since the epic Coventry v Spurs FA cup final. 40 years on it it looks like both of us could be relegated in the same season  :scare:

Towards the end, your new boy Toure was having fun with his fans.  Porro was absolutely rattled and was looking to start a ruckus with the lad.  Some post match handbags.

Been watching a bit of YouTube, Spurs fans make me laugh they say it will take anywhere from 5-6 games to 10-11 games for the new players to settle in.   :D

Newcastle, goalkeeper second league game, rightback second league game, midfielder first league game, he's only been here 3 days but ran the show like Bruno used to. To cap it off all organised by a manger who's been here less than a month.

Don't forget in Gordon, Tonali and Bruno we've lost 3 of our best players but their form had fallen off last season as I don't think they wanted to be here so I think we're a better team without them.

A revitalised Elanga and Wissa both scored when they could hardly get a game last season.

Offline Stevelondon

Watched MOTD2 last night.

Season just started and yet refereeing and VAR decisions already blatantly poor.

Man U game. Harry Mguire handles the ball (with both hands) ……….. VAR says it’s accidental, his shot took a deflection into the net. So goal stands.
It’s a bloody hand ball for fucks sake. What happens immediately after that is irrelevant 🤷🏼

In one of the other games. Leeds v Brentford.       A penalty not given to Brentford.
A ref standing five metres away didn’t see it. VAR chose to say it wasn’t a foul.

What the Fuck 🤷🏼

Not forgetting Davie. Jamie (the expert) Redknapp. Saying Spurs will finish above Newcastle at the end of the season.

Made absolutely no sense.  It's obviously a hand ball as it bounces to his advantage with hands in unnatural position.   So the rules allow him to take a pot shot like billiards, and hope there's a deflection

Woltemade's going out on loan but that leaves us with a decent strike force with Wissa, Osula  and now Fernandez-Pardo.

Still no sign of Toon fan Lewis Hall leaving for Man U.

I know we have a few Newcastle fans who contribute to this thread, so can I ask how your new home shirt has gone down with your fans?

I don’t like to see clubs traditional shirts being adapted from the norm. The Villa have done exactly this and it’s not gone down well.

It's divided opinion mate, some like it some don't. Personally I quite like it, it's a more modern take on the traditional black and white stripes.

I think the bigger issue was they launched it before they had a shirt sponsor in place so all those who queued from early morning on launch day bought a plain fronted one but now they look odd.

The villa shirt does not look right without the sky blue sleeves. Newcastles shirt looks like a barcode. Coventry have reverteted to their 1987 stripe kit as it is the 40th anniversary of the cup win . It has had mixed reviews, most say the stripes are not sky blue enough  but has sold well.

I wish all football shirts didn't have the sponsors names on the front but thats never going to happen. Am I right in thinking that this season is the last that clubs can be sponsored by gambling companies  :unknown:

Quite possibly but they do look odd without the sponsor on. The away kit looks quite good with the retro badge on.

Me thinks the Villa fans wish for the same
Being able to buy shirts without VR
Minus the sports washing
The Premier League picked up on Newcastle's sponsorship by Sela coz their fave big clubs are scared shitless of PIF unlimited funds & moaned like fuck
Not a mention for Villa & Rwanda
Not a sausage
Arsenal binned VT because of a fan backlash / fan embarrassment however there's always another team waiting if the money is right [with SCR in mind]
IMO the PL need to investigate Villa to check that the VR sponsorship reflects the market rate [which Newcastle went to the end of the earth to demonstrate with Sela FOS]
Villa fans can now be referred to as VR Wankers
I soo hope that oppo fans pick up on this
