Worrying trend.
Advising them on exercises to strengthen their back and core should be the go to.

Presumably not if you prefer smaller tits?
I remember back in (I think) the 80s, a lot of women had silicone implants removed after cases of the filling leaking into the bloodstream came to light, and Angelina Jolie having he natural breasts removed and replaced with bolt one. due to a high incidence of breast cancer in her family.

There appears to be two distinct stories here: one, ladies getting natural boobs reduced for social and comfort reasons (sad), and two, women with plastic beach balls stuck up their shirt realising they made a crap choice and getting rid (great step forward).
