Google search says, - Lara is Filipino. Specifically, Lara Mae Agan Layar, known by her stage name Lara, is a Filipino singer and a member of the girl group MNL48. Additionally, she is recognized as a Filipino idol.

Not sure about her being a TS service provider though.

Yep, I saw her back in January when she was in London.  Her photos are accurate, she's quite cute, speaks English very well, and I thought she was a lot of fun.  I'm feeling guilty that I never reviewed her, but feel free to ask specific questions.
