Is anyone else seeing problems trying to add profiles to your hotlist?  It says profile added, but then it isn't there when I view it.

I've never had that problem, the profile isn't on the next page is it?

I used to have an odd issue, a profile that I'd hot listed and then deleted would still be on the list when I clicked on the + symbol next to the 'view/rename/delete' in 'My Hot Lists'  No matter how many times I deleted it, it was still there.

This is on a PC BTW.

Is anyone else seeing problems trying to add profiles to your hotlist?  It says profile added, but then it isn't there when I view it.

Check your blacklist as you may have accidentally added SP profiles to your blacklist as well as your hot list (I've done this before by accident). It is a very easy mistake to make as both 'Add to Hot List' and 'Add to Blacklist' tabs are closely next to each other.

Believe it or not, you can have SP profiles both on your blacklist and hot list at the same time (it causes problems).

What will happen when you do this is that the profiles you've added to your hot list & blacklist, it will show that you've added them to your hot list when you click into their profiles, but it won't show on your hot list when you go into manage hot list & view.

If this is the case, go into manage blacklist and remove the SP profiles that you want in your hot list for them profiles to be visible in your hot list. Worst case scenario if the issue is not related to the above or still persists after checking the above, navigate to the help tab, then to 'Contact Us' and then to 'Member Enquiries'.

Then to either the contact form to raise a ticket or contact them via the help email address provided (contact form - faster reply).
