Another point, (having considered what's best for punters, looking at the broader picture) is that it is not exactly helpful to the sauna managers (and who at Newtown are some of the nicest people you could meet) to hold back in a review. If it were your business and an employee was giving people bad service you'd want to know after all.
(I'm bearing in mind the reviewer on this thread is an almost-newbie perhaps.)
I think it is important to be honest and reasonably accurate. If I have a bad punt at LSS, I'll usually take the desk clerk aside and explain. I'm aware fo the difference between:
(a)
It was so bad I would ask for my money back if I could,
(b)
It really is not up to the standard I would expect of this establishment -- if it was my first time here, I wouldn't return,
(c)
I wanted to let you know that it wasn't a very good session (reasons, bad attitude, services performed poorly or reluctantly, paid for oral but it was more of a 'lick')
but I realise "everyone can have an off day."

(d)
"Everything ok?" (said on the way going out)
"Nah, not really, but that's the way it goes."

All of those are
polite but give the managers some information. For instance, I'm happy to give someone a bit of leeway if they are very new and just learning: I'm less inclined to support a Romanian who hasn't earned what I she's just been paid. In the first case, management probably wouldn't want to sack her on one comment to that effect, but might after several similar ones. In the second case, it really is better for them, for us, and maybe even for the girl concerned if she is fired and looks for other income. (You might have a crisis of conscience if you think she will get beaten up by a pimp, but the the thing then is to communicate to management that allowing Romanians to work there is asking for problems and then maybe they will stop hiring them.
It's much the same information to be communicated in a review except the audience is different: the management want to know whether she's worth keeping on: punters want to know whether she's shite because she wasn't to your taste or shite full stop. Management will fill in the dots. But skirting around it too much on here just leaves people wondering wtf.
I mentioned "I know he's a newbie" cos sometimes it has been said that newbies get frightened off, and ffs this is not the Stasi and the comments are not personal even if they sound like it. People come here after the arse-kissing atmosphere of AW or 'punter' forums run by prossis and it takes some people time to adjust (and if no-one says anything, they don't, and we miss out on what would probably be great reviews). Well_ung is not a newbie after one year, but although there is good intel in the reviews it is hard for me to understand the generosity of all the positives (and one neutral, pushing the boat out!)
"Her owo was good , but very stop start , more of a hand job than oral, Ended up just wanking myself off" NEUTRAL (it sounds a bit shite doesn't it?)
"6 girls to choose from only two regulars Diana and Paula rest new, in all honesty I'd rather have a wank." POSITIVE (what was good?)
"Nina does give a good service but oral with is like taking a bath with your socks on. Think I'll stick to bss in future" POSITIVE (What was good about it?) I don't know if I know Nina as I think the only Nina I know from LSS is (or claims to be) Italian, a pretty girl but too sour-faced for my liking. (OW is the usual at LSS but I'm still in the dark about was was good about her service otherwise.)
No offence mate! Since I punt in the same area I am actually keen to learn from other reviews, just that I can't make head or tail sometimes of whether you are just being "nice" about some prossie when it was really "crap."
