I read quite some negative opinions about Paris' scene, and it's probably true that's not as good as other places in Europe (London included) but I found myself there for a couple of days and decided to put some effort in finding a decent punt, mostly motivated by the fact that there seemed quite a few Eastern European escorts available, which is no longer the case in the UK if compared to a few years ago.
I spent quite some time sifting profiles on a ton of websites, excluding quickly a few that were clearly scammy. The ones that seemed to provide at least a few reasonable options seemed to be:

There's an interesting phenomenon where a ton of profiles are clearly showing fully AI-generated pictures (e.g.:

In a couple of cases I asked for real pictures and got sent selfies (that showed girls that seemed attractive although not the superhuman hotties that the AI had produced). In any case, out of probably 20000 profiles inspected I ended up with a shortlist of about 35 escorts that seemed at least plausibly real and I found extremely attractive, so even if just half of those are real that makes for quite a few opportunities for fun.
I ended up texting first my top option, that is this girl:
