Author Topic: Why are ladies that know how to do a decent prostate massage so hard to find...?  (Read 2010 times)

As someone that suffers from chronic prostate inflammation, that I find is best relieved by massage of the area, I've been cruising the London area for some time now trying out various different ladies. Usually more on the massage side than escort, that claim to offer prostate massage. But the experience has often been lackluster with many ladies either seemingly having no clue beyond a bit of fingering of the area, or advertising a prostate massage service where only 10% - 20% of the time at most is actually spent massaging the area.

The closest I've been able to find is a couple of very expensive ladies, more on the tantric side claiming to have trained in tantric root chakra/p spot massage. I had even considered more therapeutic/medical services but given how sexual the area is and how little beneficial therapeutic evidence there is for it, this doesn't seem to be a thing, besides a few international services.

I'm interested to know what other gentleman seeking similar services have found the experience to be like..? And what particular services they've found better than others..?

Agree that good tantra professional can and do deliver solid prostate massages, as can ProDommes, you just need to let them know that is the area you want to focus on, but if you think Tantra expensive good ProDommes certainly are.  :(

Although I saw the very reasonably priced Mistress Aíme-Moi  (External Link/Members Only) last night and she gave me a very intense prostate massage induced (multiple) orgasm.

External Link/Members Only - Indy (aka SacredDelight) is also excellent at what you seek.

As someone that suffers from chronic prostate inflammation,
Are you on any medication like Tamsulosin?   :unknown:

If badly done it can be. Especially if you have piles or if the prostate is enlarged or hard
To get it right is quite a skill, not as obvious as you might think. I've been used as a training guinea pig a couple of times and it takes a while for some girls to get it right

No, and frankly I don't want to be. It's chronic only and not painful.. atm anyway. So I'd rather stick to the holistic route. More fun anyway.

Not sure what you mean by 'suffers from chronic prostate inflammation'? How do you know it's inflamed? or do you mean enlarged?

Does your GP agree with this?
Prostates don't have to be painful to be lethal - that's one of the reasons why so many cases are undiagnosed

Every now and then it feels very warm and swollen and stings very slightly, and it feels like a swollen balloon that desperately needs to be popped or massaged/milked. When it has been it wears off. Like the need to have it massaged is unbearably strong!

I can't because the need to have it massaged feels very sexual and borderline orgasmic. If I go to the doctor and say I'm having this issue they'll roll their eyes and I'll be put on a creep list. I'd rather deal with it myself.

I would suggest that you haven't got anything that your GP hasn't encountered before, and describing your symptoms to them, and what you've had done to relieve them will not put you on any list, except, possibly, the one to see a specialist. If your "named doctor" is female and you don't feel comfortable talking about it to her, just ask to see a male colleague, as you are entitled to.

Prostate cancer is the most common cancer in men and the second most common cause of cancer deaths and you don't think a doctor would take you seriously.

Darwinism at it's best.

That will look great on the gravestone, mate. :dash:
Telling the GP that prostate massage alleviates the symptoms will be useful information. Call your surgery tomorrow.

Okay, will do. But I'm pretty sure it's nothing. Until I know it is something serious though, I'm still also asking for advice on this topic as per my original post on providers.

Just for the record in my experience finding the prostate can be quite difficult due to restrictions of finger length and how far a finger can be inserted. Although I can recognise a prostate when I find one, surrounding cheeks, presence of other fingers may limit the amount of finger that can be inserted. Unless she can do the finger splits, there's going to be knuckles preventing full insertion, and depending on her finger length, and your physiology she may be unable to reach it. I know depending on the recipient I sometimes have to strain fingers, push fairly hard (knuckles into cheeks) and it's not easy to keep that up for any length of time.

But as above I do think your first port of call should be your GP.

Good man. As a minimum, you'll get advice on how to manage the discomfort without paying for someone to put fingers up your arse.

I can see where the op is coming from, as someone who's had loads of tests, and diagnosed with chronic prostatitis, cumming regularly does seem to help. Wanting to pee all the time during an attack is soul destroying. Luckily my prostate is only an inch in, so most girls find it easily. It gives me relief for a few days, but paying for it too often works out expensive, so I'd recommend a massager, buy a cheap one , try it, and if it helps you drain the prostate , that's great. But you do need a referral to urology to check whether it's prostatitis, BPH, or need a MRI/ Biopsy to rule out cancer. Hope this helps and you get some relief.

PSA test and a DRE would be a good starting point to deal with this, if you don’t think your GP will take you seriously go private, an initial consultation wouldnt cost much. Is there any previous PSA history ?

Offline Milfman1112

Maybe go and see your GP and stop thinking its a game,
Get a PSA test done,
It may be just prostatitis in which case they can help and you can still go and get a finger up there,
It may be cancer,  either way an MRI later and you will know,
Its no game....
Trust me I know :(

Offline PepeMAGA

It sounds like you don't want to get rid of the discomfort because you enjoy having it relieved by massage.
Regardless get it looked at. Also in some cases massage could make things worse.

I actually had a range of tests years ago for the same issue and it came back negative for everything. I left that part out as I don't particularly like giving away identifying information for free, but yeah I'm in the same position. Toys I find are reasonably good too a degree, but nothing beats a lady who knows how to properly milk you dry.

Why are ladies that know how to do a decent prostate massage so hard to find...?

(1) because, I would imagine, most lassies don't really want to stick their fingers up most men's arses, and therefore have little or no practice

(2) lack of guidance from you/ men, perhaps-  I enjoy a little anal play myself and know that the best guide to the right spot is what i am feeling, not what the sp's finger is feeling
