Recent walk by visit £25 for half an hour £45 for an hour
Greeted by the lady of the house who told me I'd need to wait 15 mins, decided to potter off and returned a while later. 30 minutes offered. I'd made the mistake of only bringing £20's with me and there was some haggling about getting change. Eventually £15 was found when I refused the offer of "change later"
Into the sauna hot room, stripped off towel on, youngish lady prob 30 came in, she tells me she only works one day a month.
Massage was superb. On 20 minutes HE (£40) offered, nothing else available. I tried to haggle but she wouldn't budge so I declined and she continued delivering an excellent massage. I was glad I refused as the massage was really good and she gave me the full 30 minutes.

These happy ending are getting more expensive these days
Glad u had a good massage tho m8
If they keep charging £40 for a HE and people refuse then surely they are going to recognise they are charging to much

Shame the HE prices are going silly.

Just to check. You did mean to say sauna room. I have been looking for a massage place with a sauna option. Do you think it is running everyday? I will probably phone a day ahead and pre-book anyway, but the thought of a therapeutic massage session with sauna time is interesting. Shame it is a long trip for me.

ah OK

shame as it is difficult to find that combination. Browsing the general thread at the top of the massage section mentions a new place opening on Cheetham Road External Link/Members Only
apparently run by a well known provider. with other establishments.

Will do more research, as it mentions an infra red sauna combined with massages etc. Complicated pricing structure, but will look at it.

Body Serenity in Preston used to have one of those one-man-in-a-timber-box saunas.
I never saw it in use and it's been a few years since I last visited so no idea if it is still there. It was on the first floor landing
