Once about a month ago and once more recently.

I've never met her but I have had a message exchange.  She was very professional and businesslike, which is not surprising given her time in the industry and, because she was a bit of a trek for me, I didn't take it any further.

I got the impression that she might be really good, or the opposite, from her communication.
