Lydia Hotel and Spa for a HE.
But beware the reception staff,normally the patronne,try to charge tourist prices for a massage and haman.
I would want to pay £40 for this and no more.
Extras  if provided should be negotiated with the girl providing the massage.
Most places will provide extras but avoid paying tourist prices as outlined
Antalya is a better option were FS is often provided

There is also two night clubs with loads of WGs present.

I had a place just outside Fetiye for about 15 years and in my experience the traditional Turkish salons are legit, including the Turkish Baths. Be very careful out there, the local market is dominated by Russians and there’s always a Sergei around to extort more money out of you.

Some massage places are legit and some are not.
Once you are in the room you maybe offered some or sometimes
 nothing
The Russian pumps were kick out of Fethiye years ago when the police had purge.
To be honest I never came across any in Fethiye. .Plenty of Russian  guys in Antalya tho'
There are a small number of local freelancers with contact details on line.
Anyone needs to be careful when going to a bar with " friendly girls" who sit with you for drinks.
Large bills can be run up but I have never felt threatened in Fethiye.
Again it may be different in Antalya and elsewhere.
