Wouldn't say I got into punting directly that way, but remember a very formative experience at 18 going to a strip pub near Turnpike Lane - totally eye-opening as it was the first time I'd actually seen a real woman naked (family obviously don't count!).  I spent a fair amount of time in the strip pubs of the East End while I worked in Docklands, did Spearmint Rhino a few times.  Didn't go to a strip club for years once I was married until a mate's stag do probably 5 years ago now.  There was a really cute chick I had a number of private dances with who looked like Christina Ricci - she was really flirting but I sadly ran out of cash.
