This is actually a join review of two meeting, happened about 2 months ago 2-3 weeks apart.

2. Response of the 2nd visit was very poor .

Bit odd to do a combined review and score negative(?). Not excusing the second meet and hygiene issues, deserved red, but sounds like the first meet was a positive? Don't know if they cancel each other out as a neutral but a strange way to do it.

Depending on how she said "Oh it's you" I would've asked her if there was a problem. Then, depending on her response, I may well have walked. A very odd way to greet a paying customer!
