Does anybody know if they’ve had a change of ownership?
On Sunday I rang up to make an appointment for an hour expecting Hiya or a female to answer the phone but was caught unawares when a bloke answered the phone. I proceeded to make the booking but bottled it and rang up again to cancel 10 minutes later saying I couldn’t make it as something didn’t feel right. On Monday I finished work early so thought I’d try again so I rang up and the same bloke answered so I put on an accent and enquired about opening hours and price for a massage, hence I didn’t proceed to make a booking. I’m just wondering if anyone else has had the same or gone in and had a service there in the last week. Thanks all

They had a fairly old bloke running Reception when they first opened.

What’s the situation at wellspring now? Not seen any reports of good experiences there for some time. Was wondering about taking a trip to Eastleigh and would love to hear if there are any gems there at the moment.

I’ve not been to Wellspring for awhile as it seems to have gone down hill.
Since Hayley left Eastleigh there is nothing of note.
I rely on tourers at the hotel by the superstore.

I visited at the beginning of the week. Perfectly good service; the same as previous visits.

I went in there last week, my fifth or sixth time, and I did wonder what it would be like after seeing a few negative reviews, but I was more than happy. Well, I came out with a smile on my face.
