to be fair, and i'm not blaming PP for this, his review kinda added legitimacy to it. As he is an experienced punter, it went some way to dispelling my doubts. I had a few, but the review made me feel that they were unfounded so i ignored them.

This is the problem - she is doing too much. Take enquiries and bookings, that's it. She's chit chatting and sending unsolicited messages. She's deceiving clients, picking ones she likes and sends them her way. This part is hidden from Vicki.
