Price: £50 for 1h or £70 for 1h30 (I opted for 1h 30h)

Massage was very good, I chose Thai with hot stones and it was very enjoyable. Provider was a slightly milfy Thai lady with dyed silver hair. Perhaps more would be available on future visits but as a first time customer it was extremely professional using a towel throughout. Which to be honest wasn’t a bad thing, the massage pressure was good and certainly knew what she was doing.

Maybe one to keep an eye on- as we all know that while these places get established they’re still on their best behaviour. Be interesting to see the service levels in 6 months.

Thanks for the review. It looks legit - not frosted glass so people can see you in reception and busy road - it shuts at 6pm - no 30 mins slots - and pic of I guess the owner in one shot. Maybe later some of the ladies will offer if discreet.

There is the place near Sainsburys which is good. And the place a few minutes walk behind forbes buildings was very good :-)

I'm guessing " the place near Sainsbury's," is the Asian Spa (aka Lotus,) and in my experience it's very variable.

As for "place a few minutes walk behind Forbes Building" I don't know of a massage place round there. Xiangs is in that vicinity - is that where you mean?

Yes correct on both. Not been for a couple of years. Lotus - I was willing to walk or not tip if I felt it was going to be poor. And wanting the money up front is a red flag of poor service - and I don't mind saying I'll just have the massage. I'm sure they have been ripped off - but thats why you have security - and if you have the same manageress they can only do it once. I have always paid what was agreed fee wise. The place on Boro Road just looks legit - no 30 mins massage, not open late etc. I wish them well but would have picked a different location etc - would fit better in a beauty salon.

The other place behind Forbes Building - its a mid terrace house - I thought a slightly posh Thai lady ran it (but things change over time) - she would only offer covered BJ but was very pretty imho and good - others more on offer and from memory can only say they were Asian prob Chinese. I also find if I got somewhere (not here) and they have a real lack of English - I act dumb and walk as its another red flag. Thanks for the reviews Catweazle - I hope to get over 100 with time.
