I'm going to demur from the pack here and say that, despite the noted reservations, I find it plausible - if nothing else, the description of her manner resembles my own (as yet unreviewed) experience with her some while ago.

She's a small, skinny-slim, darker blonde and pretty Londoner, with an older accent that suggests to me she's in her mid-to-late 30s rather than the advertised 29yrs. The pics in her current gallery are indubitably of her. In person, she has a slight but pronounced hump to her upper spine - I'd guess it is a chronic condition of some kind, but it doesn't detract from her overall appearance. I found her to be very friendly and pleasant company: she's bright, witty, convivial and easy to be with. She does openly offer bb and is particular to ask whether you're booking this or not in early correspondence. I'm pretty sure we've all long-since known and accepted that, for what are often their own good reasons, not all reviewers write up all their encounters. In this case; I may or may not be able to - we'll see. That'll have to be good enough for you.

As to not understanding the rest - that seems odd: I concede it's a longish sentence, but it's punctuated where it needs to be; and it's pretty straightforward to parse, so perhaps try again.
