Thanks for posting and wish I’d read that before making a booking, it would saved me a wasted journey into town. She sounds completely nuts, she literally kicked off, one text after another, including one in which she threatened to have me ‘fixed!’ I didn’t lose my rag and the more polite my replies were (along the lines of ‘have a nice day’), the more she seemed to lose it. Definitely dodged a bullet with this one.
