Was to meet but did not turn up, I sent deposit which PRIYAXO never returned/refunded. I asked for a refund for the deposit I made which was she requested to use for Taxi uber to me, she did not refund neither did she ever show up, rather she blocked me.

Did you book her through AW?  If so, why no negative feedback? 
Surely running with your money warrants negative feedback?!
