There is RO at parties - but it depends.  It is all about what Em used to say, 'sharing is caring' but it applies to all parties.

The problem is that almost every guy can lick for 20 minutes and then fuck for some time more.  And at some parties, there are 30 guys and 10 girls.  If all the guys lick pussy for 20 minutes, there are 10 guys getting a BJ, and 10 guys standing around.  Then they all want to fuck.  It does not work out.  Better if everybody has a BJ and leaves all the pussies for fucking.  Basically not having RO at busy parties helps the whole event work.  69 even worse: it is not that the girls are opposed - it is just cock-blocking.

In my experience there are girls at parties that will not accept RO, often the younger ones, but then there are others who are happy to let guys do it, as it gives them a break from fucking.

But as has been mentioned by the last two posters, the guys that want to do it tend to spend too much time on it and end up hogging the girls when are guys are waiting for their turn.
