Naughty Virginia is well reviewed in these pages with a justifiable high volume of positive reviews. Comms: good - assume she does her own. Responds in a timely manner and provides all the information you need. Initially the postcode and building she's working from and then the apartment number and clear tips of how to get in closer to the time.
Venue: one of the many apartment blocks neighbouring Millenium Square in centre of Bristol. Numbering of apartments not sequential and different doors for different sets of apartments. Thankfully I was there a little early so was able to check that out plus Virginia was very clear in her comms about which door to use so not a problem. Apartment fit for purpose but I wouldn't want to be living there full-time.
