External Link/Members OnlyBackground - I have seen Kate 4 or 5 times in November / December 2025. I have not been to Thai massage shops in the UK since Covid. I started again in 2025 but unfortunately have been blighted by ill health all year. I found Kate who understands how to tackle specific muscular /skeletal issues. This review is an overview comment on all the visits as they have been similar.
Comms. - Excellent. I either phone or message /WhatsApp to her. She has always responded very quickly.
Venue - Kate has a first floor apartment overlooking Crwys Road with its own internal private staircase. It is close to the Whitchurch Rd /Cathays Terrace junction. It’s in the area of Fah’s previous accommodation. It is clean and secure. She has children, but she says they are never at the premises when she is working. Nobody else works from the premises.
Parking - There is 1 hour parking on Crwys Rd and I believe a car park behind the British Heart Foundation (Furniture & Electrical shop but I have not used it. If you re disabled, I believe you can park on the residents parking and zone paring with your blue badge. There are also disability bays. I recommend researching parking before you go as with any venue and allow extra 10 minutes on the first visit.
Service Provider - Kate is mid 40’s, speaks good English and can also read English. She is large framed and solid but not fat. She works for herself. I understand that she previously trained masseuses for the setting up of a large Spa in London (not Thai shop).
Service - I normally have hot oil massage at £50 per hour or £100 for 2 hours,
Her massages are structured and methodical.
She has tackled my muscle and joint problems systematically and very professionally and I have found them to be very beneficial. I have been very satisfied with her service but everyone has different ideas about what they want from massage.
I cannot comment on extras as I go for massage only and have not discussed extras with her.
