This meet happened towards the end of August last year.

Looks like he paid £20 extra since a half hour is £70 and he paid £90. I paid £50 (see review) but that was for 1 hour booking.

I have been several times and have had great service  , but have never been offered these extras.

It does look like there is an extra that i wasn't aware of but I don't think its realistic to assume its included in the base price (which I think is for a handjob anyway not even a BJ!).

So I would say we should expect an additional charge for any additional services - I think that is how it works!
