In my experience of Dubai girls of all nationalities solicit in clubs/hotels. Plenty of high end Russians work discreetly out of apartments. Best of luck!

I think some of the perceived lack of risk seems to be connected that to qualify for your EID and visa for UAE you get a HIV/Syphilis/TB test.

Whether you’re meeting a local, at a massage/hammam or a SP - almost without exception you’ll be offered BB.

Basically the whole of The Walk in BR from Meridian at the top to Sheraton at the bottom is full of options - enjoy the time.

The UAE Government know everything that's going on - there is CCTV and facial scanning tech years ahead of UK.
If you have a Visa and Emirates ID they have blood, retinal scan, fingerprints, facial recognition, STD, HIV and TB testing done - so I'm sure they can access any device whenever they like and know where you are all the time.
