Ouch, £70 is a lot for that service, and I'm hoping you're right and it was because of New Year's Eve.
Seems like that address has a real problem with those kids fucking about, the last time I was there they were running up and down the stairs, knocking on the doors, but then scarpering whenever the maid opened it, I thought it might be tourists and a one off but it sounds like they live locally.
