It is pretty straightforward to do image searches on phones/tablets (at least Android).
Even if you don't use Chrome, many browsers support long press on the image and a google image search option should be available (I use Kiwi browser on punting phone so I can use the AW Civilizer extension too - Kuck is a legend).
You should also often be able to long press the photo to use a save option, after which you can visit Yandex, Tineye and the like to upload to search.
There are numerous image search extensions you can install in browsers that can search multiple engines for the image you select or upload.
Should not take more than a minute to search any given image across a few engines (don't just trust one, especially Google or Tineye) so checking a few from a profile is always worth doing.
