Thanks for your feed back. As to the point of £99 its her quoted fee and thus as a service provider. If she as an issue with people paying the correct amount. Perhaps she should change it. Maybe she wants to stand out (marketing wise) but once payment is made it should be a done deal.
I've worked in sales, customer services, retail and supply chain for over 20 + year's. I've meet many people and seen, differences in how they perceive service, value and cost. Surprising the other party some time lets you get a better understand of what really on offer. I've been on both ends of this and learned a lot.
