Done through Telegram with Diva. Efficient as ever. Within 10 minutes of the request, it was confirmed and I found myself heading to St James Park.
The Venue
It was a flat in the middle of multiple office buildings near St James Park, a few minutes walk from the tube. It was close to the street where food stalls were set up so it is not the most discrete location. It was a second floor flat, with a decent room, and a very clean ensuite bathroom. The heat was blasted to the max so it was warm and cozy

The pictures on Diva are representative albeit the lady is 5 years older, perhaps more. The profile says 29 and I estimate her to be in her early / mid 30s.
