Not much info here on Macau so I thought I would recount an enjoyable but expensive evening in Macau at the Excellent Sauna.
One floor in the middle of a completely normal hotel, which I found very weird but whatever. I arrived about 8pm. Take the lift up, go to the counter and pay entrance fee (with a card). Go to a changing room where a male assistant takes your clothes -- all of them -- and puts them in a locker, keep your wallet and phone in a waterproof bag with the key to the locker.
Phase 1: go to shower area with a large hot pool. Two hotish vietnamese girls in bikinis accost me and offer to help me with the shower. I am basically in the mood to say yes to everything. so I lie down on a table with a mat on it, and they both wash me very carefully all over, they keep their bikinis on but its all nice clean soapy fun.
Come out and soak in the tub with a couple of other men --- entirely Chinese clientele at this sauna and another one I went to .
Phase 2: come out and put on a robe, and some kind of short pyjamas.
