The place opposite the grand theatre (Chayada) as been open a few years now, im unsure whom the current owners are though when it opened it was and may still be part of the Ubon set up
Back then, this set up had Ubon, Nana in Holbeck and Chayada which was then on Armley road opposite houghly lane, the massage place was above the barbers, the barbers being run by the mamasan of Ubons son, i dont think the barbers or the massage shop was a success as it closed after only a short while
If i recall correctly, Chayada could have been the original name of the place on Harrison street, which as had other names too, and twice being called Chayada, Baan being the most prominent of names, though it may have been Baan prior to Chayada
The group then opened Nana in Holbeck, which again was not a big success for them, i cant think for the life of me why they would open a place smack in the middle of the RL district where they were asking for 40 on the door then 20 for a HJ, b2b at 40 and FS from 60 girl depending when punters could get everything from the street girls for way less!
I think the owner realised her fuck up and sold it off to one of the girls working in the shop, again it was not a success for obvious reasons and subsequently closed
In the mean time, Ubon opened the place on fish street, which also doubled up as a barbers and massage shop before they then opened up the place on new Briggate opposite the theatre which once again uses the name Chayada
For this group, the name Chayada is meaningful to the family which is the reason they keep recycling it for their shops
The Ubon owner also initially went in on the Burley road Thai place, i forget it original name thoug it was or still is Jasmine Thai, this place, TMK still operates but like other places the reviews are few and far between with many not close to a green
City centre wise Leeds as had a few massage shop set ups though reviews have not really been forthcoming, maybe the shop set up in Leeds attracts a different breed of customer, or maybe other reasons are to be blamed
Though many punters will not realise, shop wise, most have been connected to the Ubon set up which often relies on a very small number of top grade girls and far too many old has beens which is possibly why the shops dont reign too long and reviews are too few
Phun Tawee seems to be the most consistent of all the city centre shops, not linked to Ubon, though in general very few punters would get more than B2B & owo in there
The next most prominent shop would possibly be La bella on Britannia street, though this as gone through very clear legit spells with only the most revered customers getting that bit more
The place above the Thai supermarket as been occupied for quite some time too, i think this was originally called Orchid but has under gone name changes and ownership a few times
Always a strange place mainly due to its entrance which is through the shop downstairs, services have also varied where initially most services were available inc FS and range down to fully legit which is where i believe it ended up as
Suranaree was possibly the best of the lot for 3 or 4 years for many varying reasons though i never classed Suranaree as city centre
When Suranaree first opened its main attraction was Zara, ex Muang, she partnered up with Linda whom eventually took over Lily thai in Halton, Chapel street, now Sabagnna
Trouble was, Zara was the top draw, younger prettier offered way more but also offered a better trad massage too, Zara eventually sold up to Lily long hair, ex Ubon, ex Phun Tawee + ex others, for a short while Lily also had Thai lovely Julie working with her
Unfortunately Lily had a really bad attitude, mainly towards other girls whom was working for her, this was born from the usual Thai Jealousy issues, Lily whilst delivering a good service wanted top dollar for anything more than a HJ so this did not help her, couple that with punters would often want any younger/prettier girl whom may be working and in the end Lily drove the localish girls away
This actually worked in the punters favour as Lily then resorted to bringing in tourers and boy did we see some good ones there, unfortunately Suranaree under Lily had become a problem, problem punters (for those whom can recall, she would snap shot punters whom she saw as a problem and post their pic in reception with CRIME written all over it)
Even plod turned up few times due to issues with punters and or girls and further down the line the shop got red painted, the first in W. Yorks to my knowledge
I dont know the full story, but TMK Lily had developed some sort of illness, her words were, 'im sick' and went through near on a year barely working the shop and eventually the shop shut which was a great shame
Possibly the longest running shop for guaranteed extras is Naree on Pym street, which is even further out of the centre than Suranaree, im unsure how long the Pym street shop has been delivering punting services, going back i recall it being Sauna 2000, it was not Thai or Asian back then, the next it went to Thai Rainbow, this was set up by the mamasan of what is now Ubon and later changed to Naree, Naree was also owned by the same set up as the shop in Pudsey
We also have Sabai sabai in Beeston, like Naree, this is well out of the centre but as consistently delivered good service though FS as been a rarity throughout its time
