Typically SPs can hide their profiles for a time, but even then, you can still email them with a simple trick plus you can see whenever they have logged in.

In HSGs case, appears to have taken her profile down completely, so kind of tracks with her having issues with it at the moment. If it continues, suspect she might appear on other platforms or just stick to regulars for a time
