Content scammers engineer fake positive feedback, but they cannot hide the complaints about non-replies.
So I would be cautious. Try emailing her again, in case she's genuine; but don't pay for any more content, in case she isn't. And, if Lena ever reads this, please consider revising your profile so that it looks less like a content scam!
