Got Postcode when booking. The communication on the day wasn't great, got to postcode and asked for door number and she sent postcode again then immediately asked if I was at the door. Replied that I would need the door number to get to the door
Eventually got the door number and proceeded to the door which she said was unlocked and just walk in, however it was locked. Messaged her and eventually she opened up and let me in
Wish she had not given me the door number or opened the door as it was clearly not Lena. Bait & switch
Unfortunately this lady was a minimum of 10 years older and appeared totally disinterested and not bothered. I asked if Lena was there and she said she was Lena. I said she looked nothing like the photos and her reply was I could leave if I wanted...... so I did just that and walked.
Waste of time but saved the £££'s for someone else at least.
