For over two years now, I've been doing Duolingo French and would like to itch two scratches with finding a SP who provides a good services and gives me an opportunity to practice my French, something like a French dominatrix might be ideal. Preferably in the London area but might be willing to travel for the right girl, thanks in advance for any recommendations

Other than that use the AW nationality selector, start with France, then all their ex-colonies where French is still widely used.

I know, Google Translate isn't great at translating sex phrases. I loved the way it translated plums to prunes. lol

I visited Alex in London E15 during the summer. She is French and was happy to speak to me only in French as I requested. I am also trying to find learning opportunities like you. She won't tick all of your boxes. But she is happy to chat and she knows how to give a legitimate massage. She agreed to give me HR too, but it was not enjoyable at all due to the expression on her face whilst she did it and the fact that she did the minimum and stopped as soon as the climax was approaching. She also prevented touching. However she was not too expensive and the overall experience was neutral at worst. If I saw her again, it would only be for a legitimate massage and French conversation.

I think that Kri Han in Kingsbury has a Moroccan masseuse, but I don't know anything else about her. Many Moroccans speak French well.

Also Jazz who I sent messages to in order to find out what she offered. But the replies indicated that she is only legit.

Last Saturday Kri Han in Kingsbury sent me a message saying that they had a black girl from France. I was not able to visit so couldn't confirm it. But I hope to visit and try to chat in French to a girl, as they often have at least one Moroccan girl on the rota each day.

I made it to Kri han to see Sara from Morocco. Before visiting I had asked with the manager if she could speak French and was informed that she could.
When I met her, I asked her which languages she spoke and she listed French amongst her languages.
However I was unable to have any conversation with her in French at all. It consisted of me attempting to speak to her in French and her politely pretending to understand me and responding in English with complements about how good I was at speaking French. She didn't say one word in French.
Either my French is so poor that she couldn't understand me, or she doesn't know enough French to hold a conversation in it.
Anyway, I had B2B massage with her which was nice. However she kept her knickers on.
50 paid on door. 60 paid to Sara for B2B. Total 110.
The search goes on for a French speaking masseuse...
