Reception get your act together and at least apologise and give me something back for time wasted, fuel, full sack I had to empty at home when the missus was in the bath. Ruined day altogether.

I may have misunderstood - I thought they didn’t have your booking ie she hadn’t put it in the diary. If that was the case, they may struggle to find your number? Like I say, they are normally red hot on issues like this in my experience.

I've used Club Classique loads and can't fault them, so I'm very surprised at how you've been treated, and you've got a right to feel disappointed and annoyed.

If it makes you feel better I've seen Kim, she was on my hot list for ages waiting for her to become available at the apartment and in my personal opinion she wasn't that great.  Whilst she's lovely, attractive and I found her fun to be with the actual service wasn't particularly memorable.  She didn't offer owo like most of the others do and I'm not fond of ow.  There's much better there.

My personal favourites are Georgia, Ellie and Charlotte, although Charlotte seems to have disappeared off their web site but still on AW.
